Recently, there has been an increase in fraudulent messages posing as communication from the hotel or booking platforms. They may arrive by email, text message, WhatsApp or in a booking platform’s chat, and often contain a link to pay for or confirm a reservation.

If you receive a suspicious message concerning your reservation:

  • Do not reply, and do not click on any links or attachments.
  • Do not enter any personal, login or payment details.
  • Do not send copies of identity documents or security codes.
  • If you have already entered your details, contact your bank immediately, block your card and change your passwords.

If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us using the hotel’s official contact details on our website, not those provided in the message. We will be happy to verify it for you.

Thank you for staying vigilant.
